Players Hub

The Players Hub is the roster side of the World // Zero wiki: who you play, what perks and gear they wear, which pets support them, and how builds fit the quest → dungeon → tower → Nightmare loop. If the Guides Hub teaches systems, this hub teaches characters and loadouts.

Classes Overview

Complete Tier 1–5 and Mastery catalog — Swordmaster through Starbreaker — with unlock gates, roles, and parent-class paths. Watch the all-classes showcase embedded on that page, then return here to plan pets and perk direction.

Perks & Gear

Tier 3–5 perk vocabulary (Glass, Boss Bane, Elite Assassin, Master Thief, Ferocious, Self Destruct), dual loadout swaps on key 2, upgrade/sell stations, and Nightmare Coin sinks into Zero weapons and armor. Read this before you brick an Insane run on a glass-cannon ego roll.

How to plan a build in World // Zero

A practical build has four pillars:

  1. Class identity — melee, ranged, tank, support, or Mastery carry (Classes Overview).
  2. Gear perks — mobbing versus bossing labels and Zero crafts (Perks & Gear).
  3. Pet + candy level — combat ability plus drop pickup (Pets Guide).
  4. Content target — world tower, Infinite Tower farm, or Nightmare portal (Dungeons Guide).

Skip any pillar and the others feel weaker. Ranking which classes deserve your prestige lives on Best Classes inside the Tier List Hub. Guardian mains eyeing Mastery should also open the Starbreaker guide.

Roles at a glance

  • Starters (T1): Swordmaster, Arcane Mage, Defender — tutorial tools.
  • Stabilizers (T2–T3): Guardian, Paladin, Mage of Light — learn towers without rage-quitting.
  • Bridges (T4): Dragoon, Spirit Archer, Demon — mid-game damage and Mastery seeds.
  • Prestige (T5): Warlord, Summoner, Shadowblade — specialized endgame tools.
  • Mastery: Mage of Shadows, Necromancer, Hunter, Stormcaller, Leviathan, Starbreaker — long quest payoffs.

Approximate unlocks: T1 L1, T2 ~15, T3 ~35, T4 ~60, T5 prestige. XP routing: Leveling Guide.

Pets as part of the “player” fantasy

Treat pets as party members. Hatch early, candy the main, and align pet perks with whether you are clearing waves or melting bosses — the same mob-vs-boss split you use on weapon perks. Event pets can be flex or power — always read ability text. Full details remain on the Pets Guide.

Suggested loadout paths

New player path: Defender or Swordmaster → Guardian → Dragoon/Spirit Archer → Mastery S-tier later. Follow Getting Started and How to Play.

XP farmer path: Spirit Archer or Stormcaller kits with mob perks and an AoE pet. See mode notes on Best Classes and farm loops on Infinite Tower.

Nightmare path: Necromancer or Stormcaller with boss-oriented perk swap ready on key 2; review Glass risk on Perks & Gear and portal rules on Nightmare Dungeons.

Guardian Mastery path: Finish Aggro Draw kill quotas (or Robux) into Starbreaker, then reassess tankiness versus raw skill damage.

Support friend path: Mage of Light or Paladin when helping newer players through towers.

How this hub grows

Flagship child pages today are Classes Overview and Perks & Gear. Combine those with Best Classes, Pets Guide, Infinite Tower, and Nightmare Dungeons for a complete roster plan. Dedicated single-class farm pages can link back here as the wiki expands.

Build around a class you enjoy, gear it for the content you actually queue, swap perks like an adult, and only then chase Mastery prestige. That is the Players Hub philosophy for World // Zero.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers players ask every week.

What is the Players Hub for?

It centralizes roster planning — classes, perks and gear, pets, and build direction — and links out to Classes Overview, Perks & Gear, tier lists, and system guides.

Where is the full class list?

Open Classes Overview for every Tier 1–5 and Mastery class with unlock notes and roles.

Where do I learn gear perks and Zero crafts?

Read Perks & Gear for Tier 3–5 perk names, key-2 dual loadouts, upgrade stations, and Nightmare Coin Zero crafting.

How do pets fit into builds?

Pets contribute damage, healing, status, and loot pickup. Level one main pet with candy and match its perks to mob or boss content.

What class should a new player main?

Start Swordmaster or Defender, move to Guardian at Tier 2, then Dragoon or Spirit Archer mid-game before Mastery grinds such as Starbreaker.

Where do I see who is meta?

Use Best Classes on the Tier List Hub for dated S–B rankings and mode-specific notes for Infinite and Nightmare.
